The popular routes to summit Kilimanjaro are the Machame and Marangu routes. Both these routes are, however, very crowded and are operated by budget trekking companies. On these routes, you will experience high trekking traffic.

We offer the Rongai route which is the best quality, lower traffic, 5 to 6 night trek on the mountain and this remains our most popular route to summit.

For trekkers who are confident of their fitness and training levels, we recommend the longer 7 nights Shira route to summit Kilimanjaro.

We have regular set weekly departures as well as private treks tailor made for your group.

Our treks are amongst the best equipped and serviced on the mountain. We deploy 1 guide for every 2 trekkers to ensure safety and the best chance for summiting. There are several porters to carry the expedition equipment and we offer a separate mess tent with table & chairs and bright LED lamps after dark for the comfort of the trekkers. There is also a separate toilet tent which is a much more hygienic option compared to the public use toilets that you find along the route. Our sleeping tents are the Vango Hurricane 300 mountain tents. Although they are designed to sleep 3, we have only 2 guests sleeping to one tent.
